Leadership Programme Evaluation

In many of our leadership programmes we use 360 evaluations to help support more effective learning.

These help the participants through enabling more focussed learning, better self-awareness and unlocking the desire to learn.  In major programmes reviewing before and after data also provides a useful way of evaluating the  impact of the overall programme.

This sample illustrates the impact our programme had on a group of 18 managers from one of our recent clients.
