Here’s what we have been up to recently! …… Recognising that most senior/middle managers have been "leadershipped to death" but don't always use what knowledge they have effectively & based on Warren Bennis's work that looked at how most managers who rise to higher levels have gone through some high pressure experience that makes or breaks them, we have tied those principles into a "learning/performing/profiling" approach that is high profile and intense its learning. Leadership Conversation
Together with Scottish Enterprise and the Institute of Directors, we co-hosted a Leadership Event earlier this year which was extremely well-attended and provoked a lot of positive feedback, along with some very useful and stimulating conversations on the night. View the Conversation summary here.
A follow-up event is planned for April in Edinburgh for people who have a strong interest in the issue and who can make a real and practical contribution to growing leadership collaboratively.
